EastEnders killer Reiss Colwell discovers Teddy Mitchell’s secret
Teddy asks Reiss to do something illegal
EASTENDERS killer Reiss Colwell is set to discover Teddy Mitchell’s secret.
Sonia (Natalie Cassidy) has been sent to prison on remand as she has been wrongly accused of killing her partner’s comatose ex-wife Debbie.
Trying to get himself out of his financial woes, he has reluctantly agreed to work for Teddy Mitchell (Roland Manookian).
However, Reiss (Jonny Freeman) is set to get into even deeper water as Teddy will give him tasks that are less than pleasant.
He is set to get accosted by his new boss, who tells his new employee that he needs help on the books.
Reiss is a fraudulent accountant who attempted to scam Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) out of her money.
However, Teddy will ask Reiss to hide his wealth, even if it means doing something illegal.
In turn, Reiss won’t be happy about the task, but he also knows that he has no choice.
But things are about to get even worse as the gossips in Albert Square continue to talk about him.
They start to wonder even more if Sonia is truly guilty, just as Teddy will pile on the pressure.
He will tell Reiss that he needs the books back for the very next day as his solicitor is asking for them urgently.
To speed things up, he offers to help Reiss prove that Sonia is in fact innocent, but only if he can meet the deadline.
Looking at the prospect of seeing Sonia banged up, he will soon agree to Teddy’s demands.
Even though Teddy will be delighted, a reporter will come snooping for an interview.
Reiss will be accosted by the journalist, after he is tipped off that he’s defending his wife’s killer.
He agrees to the interview and he will be pleased with the outcome, as he thinks it will cast doubt on Sonia’s guilt.
Kim (Tameka Empson) changes tune and she decides to publicly support Sonia.
Alfie (Shane Richie) will pick up a box of ‘Save Our Sonia’ t-shirts for residents of Albert Square to wear.
But Reiss will once again face another setback as Debbie’s father Hugh (Michael Bertenshaw) will arrive back in Walford.
He will ask Reiss to sign the required paperwork to release Debbie’s body for her funeral.
