EastEnders fans have claimed newcomer Junior Knight is “dodgy”, suspecting he is hiding a secret on the BBC soap.

Viewers were once again convinced he was keeping something huge from his father George Knight and the rest of the family, amid a secret family twist. Viewers know that Junior has a partner and a child, and it appears the Knights do not know about this with Junior and George being estranged for years.

What Monique is yet to find out seemingly about her husband is that his visit to Walford led to him sleeping with Bianca Jackson, as well as getting cosy with another Walford lady. But fans are sure the secrets do not stop there, and that Junior is hiding something huge.

Viewers believe bosses are keeping quiet on the plans for Junior, and that a massive secret has yet to come to light. Fans said he was “dodgy” and clearly up to no good, sure he was keeping something to himself.

Taking to social media, one fan theorised: “Right dodgy he is, there’s more about him we don’t know yet.” Another viewer agreed: “I thought l was the only one,” as a third added: “Obviously a new dodgy one joining the team.”

A fourth fan also believed this saying: “There’s something about him more. He looks dodgy, like he’s hiding things from his family and wife.” A fifth viewer posted: “I like him but something fishy about him tho.”

George and the Knights will learn about Monique and her son Xavier in upcoming scenes, as they head to Walford to meet Junior’s family. As George and son Junior clash, George’s partner Elaine offers the extended family a place to stay at the pub to which they accept, and Junior soon decides to stick around.

Despite things being frosty with Junior, George wastes no time in getting to know his young grandson Xavier and his daughter-in-law Monique, who opens up about her Ghanian heritage and offers to help him connect to his culture. But are viewers right, and is Junior hiding something from all of them that could cause further drama?
