Keanu’s body found

EastEnders airs the big moment Keanu Taylor’s body is found next week, months on from his murder at the hands of Linda Carter. Viewers know that on Christmas Day, Keanu was stabbed to death with a meat thermometer by Linda who was trying to protect Sharon Watts, as Keanu began strangling her.

The Six, including Sharon, Linda, Suki Panesar, Stacey Slater, Kathy Beale and Denise Fox, then covered up the crime and their parts in it. Keanu’s corpse was buried under the floor of the café, while the women told the police that Keanu had fled and was on the run after attacking Nish Panesar.

This lie and his true fate look set to come to light in the coming weeks though, as a corpse is found at the café when the floor caves in. Walford is rife with gossip as the residents speculate about the body found in the café, but will one or any of the women admit their guilt?

Yolande twist

EastEnders airs worrying scenes next week on the BBC soap, as Pastor Clayton’s actions leave Yolande Trueman terrified. Yolande finds herself frozen in fear as a moment with the Pastor leaves her uncomfortable, but he soon punishes her.

The pair have grown close as friends recently, teaming up at the church and working on ideas and fundraisers amongst other things. Next week, she manages to get the church onside with an idea for a food truck too.

But her joy over the moment is short-lived, when a moment with Pastor Clayton leaves her reeling and scared. Yolande is left frozen in fear from an overly tactile hug from him as they celebrate the idea.

The moment continues to rock her during the week, as she struggles with what his intentions are. She initially decides to ignore it, believing she may have been mistaken about what his intentions were.

But then there’s another creepy moment when they are alone that makes her sure. While the pair are talking, Pastor Clayton places his hand on Yolande’s leg leaving her shocked.

Yolande confronts him over his behaviour, shoving his hand away from her and asking what he is playing at. He retaliates by trying to guilt trip her by terminating their food truck plans, while trying to imply she’s the one in the wrong.

EastEnders fans will see someone possibly trigger the downfall of Dean Wicks next week on the BBC soap. In recent scenes viewers witnessed Dean sabotaging his daughter’s medication following her lung transplant, as a means of keeping her with him.

Jade was meant to be moving to Pakistan to be with her mother Shabnam Masood, but she’s recently been unwell and even collapsed. Things took a darker turn this week, when Jean Slater realised the truth and tried to flee with Jade.

After Dean made her question if she was suffering from a bipolar episode, Jean then found pill casings in her bag and started to question reality. She ended up departing Walford to stay with Mo to get some time away, and as she left she gave Dean a dark stare as he watched on.

Harvey clocked this and appeared suspicious, and next week he is onto the villain. When Jade spends time at the Slater house, Dean loses it and this reaction leaves Harvey confused.

Dean appears to realise he’s on to him and posts a slanderous message about him on an online community page, leaving Harvey furious. He’s now more determined than ever to find out what’s going on with Jade’s health with Jean still away. It seems Dean is threatened though, but will he finally be caught?

Viewers may recall that weeks on from the murder on Christmas Day, Johnny Carter revealed the murder weapon had gone missing after he was told about the death. His mother Linda failed to mention after the murder that she had not disposed of the weapon, and had actually hidden it under her bed.

Weeks later, Linda confessed her crime to lawyer son Johnny who vowed to protect his mother an ensure the other women did not grass her up. But there was panic when Johnny said he would get rid of the weapon, only to realise it was no longer where his mum had hidden it.

None of the women admitted to having the weapon and it’s remained missing, amid suspicion from fans that either Johnny or Sharon are keeping it. Spoilers appear to have confirmed who might have had it all this time though, while the teasers are a bit cryptic.

Spoilers for Monday confirm that the weapon finally resurfaces, leaving Linda reeling. One line reads: “Sharon panics when she learns that the meat thermometer has gone missing and Johnny knows about what really happened at Christmas.”

The fact Sharon is panicked about this could well suggest she did not take the weapon after all. But can it really be a coincidence that the weapon is found the exact same day she returns to Walford?

Further spoilers read: “Linda is horrified when she is unexpectedly presented with the meat thermometer as chaos ensues at The Vic. The women are relieved to know the murder weapon has been found as Sharon agrees to dump it.”
