BBC EastEnders viewers stunned after newcomer’s jaw-dropping secret is exposed

Junior Knight bedded Bianca Jackson in tonight’s (Tuesday, May 14) EastEnders episode, moments before being reunited with his secret wife and son.
Bianca (portrayed by soap legend Patsy Palmer) made her return to the Square earlier this year, in an attempt to help adoptive daughter Whitney Dean prepare for motherhood. But on Tuesday’s trip to Walford, she was approached and seduced by newcomer Junior Knight, played by The Bill star Micah Balfour.
The pair wound up in bed together, hinting that Bianca could be set for a new romance following her off-screen separation from Terry Spraggan, But just when things started looking up for her, the episode ended with Junior being greeted by his wife Monique and their son Xavier.

BBC One viewers swarmed over to social media, more particularly X, as they slammed Junior for his betrayal – and some were wondering what his purpose in Walford, where cheating scandals are rife, would be.
“Ah yes what a great first impression, junior sleeping with Bianca and then straight away going back to his wife and kid ? What a great extension so the square”, one clearly exasperated viewer penned. Another issued a warning about Junior: “Junior is a player. Definitely not to be trusted.”
One fuming TV watcher echoed in disappointment: “Sorry but has George Jr really just slept with Bianca (who he only knew for 5 seconds) THEN proceeded to go and do passy princess with his partner and kid waiting for him outside??? Men are t-.”
Another set of viewers were more amazed by Junior’s explosive start to life in Albert Square with one commenting: “This Junior guy is mad omg. Cheating and having your wife and kids pick you up outside is too insane.” A soap fan then gushed: “Junior in eastenders is unreal wow.”
“Junior is already a great ‘love to hate’ character”, one social media user added. Another chimed in, clearly shocked: “Not Junior sleeping with Bianca on his first day in the square.” One final viewer jumped in: “Junior cheated just like that? Fear husbands.”
Junior’s wife and child, respectively portrayed by Busayo Ige and Chase Dean-Williams, are due to be formally introduced to Albert Square residents in upcoming scenes, to the surprise of his father George (Colin Salmon) and half-sisters Anna and Gina (Molly Rainford and Francesca Henry).
But things within the family could take another nasty turn as it becomes increasingly clear George and Junior have a strained relationship. However, George’s fiancée Elaine Peacock (Harriet Thorpe) offers a solution as she welcomes Junior and his family into The Vic to mend the bond. Will he accept?
George himself has recently been put through the wringer following the death of his mother Gloria, his father Eddie’s murder conviction and his shock brain condition diagnosis. The turmoil has left Elaine going above and beyond to lift his spirits, blissfully unaware he shared a kiss with ex-wife Cindy Beale. Can he turn things around?
