Bianca Jackson (Patsy Palmer) is set to uncover a huge secret in upcoming EastEnders scenes, which spells bad news for Reiss Colwell (Jonny Freeman).
Recent scenes have seen Reiss fretting about his current income to Sonia Fowler (Natalie Cassidy), having lost a number of big clients.
While Sonia tried to be supportive, Bianca couldn’t help but give her opinion, pointing out that Reiss now had Sonia and the baby to care for, following their successful IVF treatment.
In upcoming scenes, Reiss’ financial situation only gets worse, and Bianca’s disapproving glares only pile on more pressure.
In an act of desperation, Reiss tells Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) that she hasn’t paid her tax bill, in the hopes of getting her to hand over some cash, though he soon ends up regretting the idea.
Sensing that something is afoot, having spoken to Kat and Jay Brown (Jamie Borthwick) in the Vic, Bianca follows Reiss to the care home as he pays wife Debbie a visit.
Debbie has been in a coma since suffering a stroke in the bath, and Reiss has regularly visited her.
When Sonia and Reiss decided to start IVF treatment, Reiss assured her that he would find the money for it, and viewers were left horrified when he raided Debbie’s bank account.
During his visit to Debbie, Reiss asks her for permission to borrow more money, but is soon left horrified when he realises that Bianca has heard everything.
Bianca is disgusted and is quick to offer him an ultimatum – tell Sonia everything, or she will.
Bianca is no stranger to an ultimatum, having given Lauren Branning (Jacqueline Jossa) a similar choice after finding out about her one night stand with Zack Hudson (James Farrar).
However, things all ended in tears for Bianca when Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty) found out that she had known about their betrayal and not told her, and ultimately told Bianca that she couldn’t move with her to Wakefield.
Following Bianca’s ultimatum for Reiss, Kat finds her upset and takes her to The Albert – could events be set to repeat themselves as Bianca keeps another secret, or has she learnt from her previous mistakes?
