EastEnders’ Brian Conley teases return to soap with prison ‘clue’ months after exit
EastEnders' Rocky Cotton was thrown into prison last year for the murder of Keanu Taylor, but actor Brian Conley has hinted at his character's unexpected return to Albert Square
EastEnders star Brian Conley seemed to suggest he could return to the BBC soap after his character Rocky Cotton was thrown into prison.
The 62-year-old joined the show in 2021 and has been a part of several hard-hitting and comical storylines since his time in Albert Square. Last year, Rocky’s character had viewers glued to their screens when his gambling addiction spiralled out of control.
Things became so bad for Rocky that he ended up burning down his wife Kathy’s cafe to hopefully achieve an insurance payout. But unfortunately, Rocky’s mischievous plan backfired.
Following on from this, Rocky began to grow suspicious of Kathy and her involvement in Keanu Taylor’s death which took place on Christmas Day at the Queen Vic. But with Rocky on the prowl to uncover the truth, the other five women involved in Keanu’s unexpcted murder encouraged Kathy to grass on Rocky to the police.
