EastEnders' Nish Panesar to scheme in Kat romance story

EastEnders spoilers follow.

EastEnders‘ Nish Panesar will begin scheming as the romance plot with Kat Slater continues next week.

Following her recent split with husband Phil, Kat attempted to move on by starting a fling with local villain Nish. It’s been a bit on and off, with Nish’s controlling behaviour putting Kat off, but her realisation about Phil seems to have re-opened the door.

And in scenes set to air next week. Nish attempts to get his claws into Kat once again, upping his game in order to get what he wants following his recent rejection.

Nish wants to get closer to Kat, and Priya tells him that the best way to do that is to get along with her kids.

Kat and the kids go to his for dinner, where Bert and Ernie start running riot, which winds Nish up, much to Kat’s amusement. However, Kat is stunned when Nish issues a shocking invitation.

As mentioned above, Kat had a recent realisation about estranged husband Phil, following a conversation with the recently returned Karen Taylor.

In yesterday’s iPlayer episode, which airs on BBC One tonight, Karen told Kat that, no matter what she does, she will always come in second place to his one true love, Sharon.

Karen also aired her suspicions that Phil was somehow involved in her son Keanu’s disappearance. What neither woman knows, but the audience does, is the Keanu is actually dead, and it’s The Six that are responsible.

EastEnders airs on Mondays – Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer, where most episodes drop early at 6am ahead of their TV broadcast.
