EastEnders’ Patsy Kensit says hardware shops ‘get her horny’ and are ‘as good as sex’

Actress Patsy Kensit has revealed she gets turned on by hardware shops.
The EastEnders star confessed she loves to nose around aisles of stores like B&Q picking up tools and gadgets and it’s as good as sex.
Patsy, 56, also revealed she’s currently single and not looking for a love after a string of high-profile relationships including rocker Liam Gallagher. She had a son, Lennon, to the wild man and he’s currently living with her in London and appreciates her bursting toolbox.
Patsy said: “It is a really lateral apartment, and so nice to have that space.
“Lennon came to me last night, asking, ‘Mum, do we have a belt puncher?’ I said, ‘Yes, don’t worry!’ My favourite thing is a good hardware shop. It really gets me horny.
“It Is like sex to me, to go in and find all the things that we never had growing up. With my dad it was famine or feast.
“One week we’d eat out every night and the other week we’d have bubble and squeak. Light bulbs would go off and not get replaced for months. I’ve always said to myself that I’m never not going to have a glue gun, sticky back plastic or light bulbs.”
And she added: “Relationships are now very different for me. I like my own space and I’m very set in my ways. I’ve also been on my own for a very long time by choice and got used to it. We will see.”
