Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) lands himself in trouble in upcoming EastEnders episodes as he tries to help Will (Freddie Phillips) out.

In recent episodes of the BBC One soap, it became apparent Will, Billy’s (Perry Fenwick) son, was being blackmailed.

Stevie Mitchell (Alan Ford) became determined to help Will out by raising money via flogging dodgy toasters on the market. In upcoming instalments though, things take another dramatic turn as Phil decides to get involved – which always creates problems.

With Billy and the rest of the Mitchells pointing the finger of suspicion at him, Stevie is on a mission to track down the thief who stole the money from Lola’s charity fundraiser.

At the café, Stevie confronts Will and tries to probe him about his involvement.

Later, in the pub, Will fiercely defends Stevie to Phil and storms off when Phil refuses to entertain Stevie’s innocence.

As Stevie sees Will home, he pushes for the truth, but the teen ends up losing his temper and knocks Stevie to the floor.

The dramatic situation then leads Phil to finding Stevie and calling an ambulance. As the Mitchells rush to hospital, Phil confronts Will where he confesses everything.

Phil then heads to find Kyle, the boy blackmailing Will.

Towards the end of the week, convinced the matter has been somewhat dealt with, Phil invites Callum Highway (Tony Clay) and Jay Brown (Jamie Borthwick) to watch the football.

All is going well until Kevin, the father of Kyle, arrives.

Faced with Phil, Kevin accuses him of terrorising his son, but what will happen next?

Will the two men face a violent showdown, or will Phil send Kevin on his way?
