Linda Carter is his actual killer having stabbed him with a meat thermometer on Christmas Day.

She and her fellow Six women buried his body under the cafe but when renovation work was needed and the floor collapsed, the game was up and the body discovered.

It saw them decide to frame Dean for the crime as a result of his villainous ways and horrible treatment of Linda.

With evidence tampered, the police sent him down for the crime but has has continued to protest his innocent and pleaded with Keanu’s mum Karen during a recent prison visit that Linda was lying about him being the killer.

However, with suspicions arising, the game appears to be up for Linda and close pal Sharon.

In today’s episode, Phil Mitchell saw his senses heightened when Sharon furiously stopped him from playing with Albie in an abrupt move after tense words with Callum.

It came as Sharon was left on the edge after hearing that Karen went to prison to see Dean who denied all the allegations against him.

With Linda also rattled by Karen’s digging into the subject, she immediately insisted she would never lie to the police.

Unfortunately for Linda and Sharon, Karen’s concerns about whether Dean was the true killer were being mulled over by local policeman, Callum who had been there during Linda and Karen’s confrontation.

At home, as Phil asked him why he was so intrigued in finding out more about Dean, Callum told him: “I think [Karen] might be on to something.

“I mean, Linda’s reaction it was weird.”

Phil questioned him more to which he said: “It was like she was trying to get Karen to drop it.

“Then Johnny tells me to back off and Sharon earlier, I mean, they are best mates, right?

“So maybe Linda didn’t see what she thought she did?”

Phil immediately began to realise things were not as they appeared and soon stormed off to go and see Sharon.

Whilst he initially just went to check in on her, The Six’s fate appeared to be sealed when Phil stumbled upon a text message on Sharon’s phone.

Having missed a call from Linda, she received a text which read: “Karen gone, but Callum asking questions.”

Alarm bells started to ring for Phil who realised that Sharon and Linda were concealing the truth.

As Sharon made her way back into the living room, Phil said to her: “Something is going on here, Sharon.”

He held the phone up to her as he quipped back: “And I ain’t leaving here until you tell me what it is.”

Will Sharon be forced to come clean once and for all about what truly happened to Keanu?”
