EastEnders serves up the shocks next week with the arrival of a highly-anticipated character and a baby twist too, as confirmed in my new picture gallery above.
The BBC One soap is continuing to fire on all cylinders and next week proves another unmissable one, as the day of Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty) and Zack Hudson’s (James Farrar) ‘Sten do’ arrives – and boy is it a big occasion.
And I don’t just mean because of the iconic outfit choices!
In typical Albert Square fashion, there is tension aplenty after Whitney is left fuming with step mum Bianca Jackson (Patsy Palmer) for allowing Britney Wainwright (Lola Campbell) to steal.
As an argument breaks out, Whitney strips Bianca of her Maid of Honour duties and instead offers the position to Lauren Branning (Jacqueline Jossa)!
Oh dear.
Frustrated that she can’t get Whitney to forgive her, Bianca instead turns her attention to Lauren, ordering her to come clean about her night of passion with Zack.
Lauren and Whitney, however, end up locked in the taco van by Penny (Kitty Castledine) – with Whitney’s waters subsequently breaking! Will they be found in time?
And will Lauren come clean about cheating with Zack?
George Knight (Colin Salmon), meanwhile, causes concern when he agrees to take part in another underground fight, despite having recently been told by doctor that one more blow to the head could prove fatal.
His loved ones rally around him and urge him to back out of the fight but there’s a big shock in store when his estranged son Junior rocks up in Walford!
It’s going to be another week to watch!
