JAY Brown is set to be left rocked to his core amid a bombshell new EastEnders storyline as a face from his past reappears.
The Walford chap has had a difficult year after the passing of his beloved wife Lola Pearce, played by Danielle Harold.
Jamie Borthwick’s character has since been dealt further heartbreak in recent weeks after his best friend, and father to his step-daughter Lexi, was sent to prison in America for fraud.
Jay was also involved in a cocaine-fuelled car smash that landed him in potential after he began taking the drug following the death of Lola.
Amid all the chaos, one of Jay’s drug-induced decisions was to seek out pleasure in the form of a Walford sex worker.
EastEnders viewers will remember that Jay slept with Nadine Keller, played by Jazzy Phoenix, a law student and part-time escort.
Nadine is now back on the Square with news that is set to leave Jay riddled.
In upcoming scenes on the BBC show, Jay will be left puzzled after receiving a message from Nadine that tells him she needs to see him urgently.
It comes after Jay is in a celebratory mood having just picked up his marathon number with Honey.
Jay chooses to confide in Gina as he reveals that Nadine has asked to see him.
After some encouragement, Jay heads off to Nadine who tells him that she is pregnant and expecting his child.
Jay storms away from Nadine overwhelmed at the fact he is set to become a father with the sex worker.
As he struggles to process the news, Nadine becomes angry with her baby daddy as she berates him for sticking his head in the sand about the pregnancy.
Realising that he needs to make things real, Jay gathers his family around to deliver the shock news.
But does it all go to plan for Jay?
