Whitney and Zack arrive in Milton Keynes to visit Bianca. Whitney forms a connection with one of the local children, Britney, who has had a poor upbringing.
When Whitney confronts Britney’s mum Keeley, it becomes too much for the youngster and she makes a run for it. Britney steps out in front of a speeding car before Whitney pushes her out of the way, getting hit in the process.
Zack returns to Walford alone. Lauren stops Zack from drinking himself into oblivion, but Zack misreads the situation when Lauren offers him some advice as he leans in to kiss her.
