Linda Is Struggling, Will The Truth Of Christmas Night Be Revealed?

EastEnders spoilers have already revealed that Linda Carter murdered Keanu in a bid to save Sharon from his brutal attack on her. In order to hide their crime, The Six hid Keanu’s body beneath the cafe floor.

But, their plan to keep it under wraps didn’t stay for long when Keanu’s sister, Bernie Taylor, found her brother’s body. This led to the women of The Six to come up with a plan where they framed rapist Dean for their misdeed.

Time and again, this storyline is taking centre stage on the BBC soap. In recent scenes, Bernie crossed paths with Linda and told her that she was heading to court for Dean’s plea. For obvious reasons, murderer Linda, who has been struggling with her guilt ever since the incident, didn’t want to hear about it.

We know that Carter matriarch has been overwhelmed with all this and has fallen into the grips of alcoholism. She has been getting support from best friend Sharon but her recent meet up with Bernie has affected her more than one can imagine.

While Bernie was on her way to court, she spoke to Linda about the statement she gave to the police. Longtime viewers know that Linda lied about seeing Dean carrying Keanu’s body into the cafe. Like an actual killer, Linda got defensive and asked Bernie about her continuous questions.

To this, Keanu’s sister will point out that she wants Dean to pay for what he did and mentioned that whoever killed Keanu ‘deserves to rot in prison forever.’ This will set Linda off, and once she finds out that Dean has pleaded not guilty, she will hit the bottle again.

Elsewhere, Kathy will tell Sharon that the court case will take place in September, and Linda will face Dean as the key witness. It seems like Linda and The Six will pay for their actions once they face Dean, and Linda’s guilt takes over.
