Sharon Watts gets a new love interest in EastEnders – and Phil Mitchell won’t be happy

SHARON Watts gets a new love interest in EastEnders – and Phil Mitchell won’t be happy.
The character – played by Letitia Dean – was left heartbroken on Christmas Day when her wedding to Keanu Taylor imploded and he ended up dead.
Since then, Sharon has been grieving and struggling to cover up what The Six did that fateful night.
A recent episode featured Keanu’s funeral, and while Sharon was still devastated by his death, she soon found herself in a passionate embrace with ex-husband, Phil.
The two characters have decades of history between them, right back to the 90s when she had the infamous affair with Phil while married to his brother, Grant.
However, it seems it will be yet another Mitchell man who fails to resist Sharon’s allure.
This week, the Mitchell family were rocked by three new additions that they previously had no idea existed.
They are Billy’s brother Teddy and his two children, Harry and Barney.
In upcoming EastEnders spoilers, it seems Teddy quickly takes a shine to Sharon, which will not go down well with Phil.
The episodes see Billy taking Teddy’s advice on how to handle his son Will after recent events, leading to an emotional moment between father and son.
Returning to The Vic, Billy thanks Teddy, who makes a big show of deferring to Phil as the head of the family.
Later, Phil suggests a lock-in for the Mitchells at The Boxing Den so they can bond.
Phil and Teddy warm to each other, leaving Billy perturbed by their newfound friendship.
However, Phil and Teddy get on the wrong side of Sharon by leaving the gym in a state after a Mitchell drinking session.
Later, Teddy tries to win Sharon round by inviting her for a drink and laying on the charm.
Teddy and Sharon have a flirty drink, raising eyebrows from Stevie, who doesn’t think his son should mess with Phil’s ex.
When Teddy tries to convince Sharon to stay for another drink, she playfully rebuts him and heads off.
But could this be the beginning of a new Mitchell love triangle?
