EastEnders fans are absolutely livid following a dramatic showdown between Denzel Danes (Jaden Ladega) and Yolande Trueman (Angela Wynter) which saw the youngster call the show legend a ‘b***h’.
In recent weeks, Denzel has been struggling with his body image, and decided to order some steroids after receiving nasty comments on a video of him working out.
However, when Yolande realised that he had ordered himself a parcel using her credit card, she grew concerned about his behaviour and questioned him about what was going on.
When Denzel discovered that Yolande had his parcel, he demanded that she give it to him, and when she refused he called her a ‘stupid, old b***h’.
Like Yolande, fans of the BBC soap were horrified by Denzel’s outburst, and took to social media to share their disgust.
Several Twitter/X users revealed that they gasped at Denzel’s rant, with Iona pointing out that the teen is ‘getting out of hand’.
Mark insisted that he couldn’t forgive Denzel, while user GS_Characters was quick to point out that the teen had ‘crossed a line’.
Furious Kez asked for someone to hold them back, while user maryandfrens couldn’t believe what Denzel had said.
In the scenes that followed, Denzel apologised to Yolande for his outburst, but he didn’t show much remorse in his behaviour.
Instead of opening up about his problems like Yolande had asked, he formulated a plan to steal his parcel from her, dragging Nugget Gulati (Juhaim Rasul Choudhury) in to help him out.
Yolande was horrified by his behaviour and allowed him to take the parcel, after insisting she was washing her hands of him.
Inside the package was Denzel’s steroids, much to Nugget’s horror.
Despite him explaining all of the cons of taking steroids, Denzel refused to listen, and later took a dose.
