Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash share six children in their blended family, and the former EastEnders star recently admitted he wanted to add more to their brood by becoming a foster carer

Stacey Solomon shared sweet family snaps on social media as husband Joe Swash revealed they plan to become foster carers.

The couple, who began dating in 2015 and wed in July last year, share six children in their gorgeous blended family. The former EastEnders star recently confessed they were looking to help vulnerable children in the future by fostering someday.

Stacey is mum to sons Zachary, 15, and Leighton, 11, from previous relationships, while Joe is dad to son Harry, 16, with his former partner Emma Sophocleous. The couple also share son Rex, four, Rose, 21 months, and five-month-old Belle.

Stacey took to Instagram to upload a slideshow of adorable snaps of their brood, as she was reunited with them following a week away working on her BBC One show Sort Your Life Out.

“Home Sundays with my whole world So happy to be back from Scotland. Had a lovely lazy morning with this lot! Now we off to my big big sisters 40th birthday… Happy Sunday Everyone. Love you all,” the 33-year-old captioned the photos.

In one image, Joe, 41, is seen gazing at his youngest daughter Belle as she laughed for the camera, and in another, Stacey posed alongside her husband and her five children, with only stepson Harry missing from the pictures.

“You make being a Mum look so easy and flawless aren’t you glowing,” one fan commented.

“I appauld you because working is a must but having to be away from all your pickles must be so hard @staceysolomon,” another wrote. “What a beautiful family! Blessed,” one posted.

Her post comes after Joe revealed they would be interested in fostering children when their own kids are older.

During his BBC documentary Joe Swash: Teens in Care, he was inspired by his mum, who has been a foster carer for 15 years, to help vulnerable children.

“I just wanted to take them all home with me, I just wanted to parent them, but I couldn’t, which was sad,” Joe told the cameras, as he said he felt “guilty” for not being able to give them support.

“When the kids are old enough, we’ll think about fostering. We love kids and Stacey is on the same page as me,” he explained.
