EASTENDERS fans think they’ve worked out the ‘real reason’ for Nish Panesar’s bombshell after he made a shock return to Albert Square.
Tonight’s episode of EastEnders saw Suki Panesar [Balvinder Sopal] left terrified when ex-husband Nish [Navin Chowdhry] turned up months after fleeing Walford.
He initially appeared to be delivering the news that their divorce was finalised, leaving Suki and girlfriend Eve Unwin [Heather Peace] shaken by his sudden arrival.
They later had the locks changed but Nish found his way back into the house and asked Suki to call a family meeting.
When his sons Ravi [Aaron Thiara] and Vinny [Shiv Jalota] turned up they were less than impressed.
As Ravi attempted to remove Nish from the family home, he dropped the bomb that he is dying.
However fans rushed to social media to speculate on Nish’s return and his shock news.
One wrote: “He’s trying to get back into his family’s good books.”
Viewers will remember Nish was run out of town by the family in February after he was caught attacking Suki.
Another said: “Does he genuinely expect his family to forgive and forget?”
“Nish is definitely up to something. He’s had months to plot his revenge.”
And a third added: “There’s a very big chance Nish is lying.”
